BELLMAD was created as a fundraising enterprise to support an augmentation project at St. Anne's Parish Church, St. Annes-on-the-Sea, Lancashire.

To mark the 150th anniversary of the Church in August 2023, a special project was completed which saw an augmentation from 8 to 10 bells by retaining and retuning the original back four and casting  six new lighter front bells.
